Minutes of the Four Monthly meeting held by the Chief PMG with All India Gramin Dak Sevaks Union in the Conference Hall of the O/o the Chief Postmaster General on 27^th Feb’18​

The following items were discussed:

Pending Subject:

Subject No. 1 (03/11/16 & P/03/04/17):

     Delay of RPLI Commission Bill.

Reply:

     Directorate has initially allotted Rs. 2 Crores and this amount was fully utilized. Additional allotment of Rs. 4.5 Crores received in the month of Feb-2018 has been allotted to the Regions. Instructions have been issued to clear the bills before Feb’18.

New Subjects:

Subject No. 1:

     Settlement of SDBS for the retired GDS and ward of the deceased GDS in the Circle.

Reply:

     As per status of SDBS Settlement as on 31^st Jan’18, out of 3964 exit (Discharge, Death & Promotion) cases, 3079 cases papers were received and settled.

     Regions have been addressed to settle the case within 15 days.

Subject No. 2:

     Reduction of TRCA on the plea non securing RPLI, SB, etc.

    

Reply:

     GDS has been motivated to achieve the target of RPLI, SB etc. and they are not harassed.  TRCA has not been reduced to any GDS. Specific case, if any may be taken up with concerned PMG.
