It has been intimated by the Circle
Secretary, All India Gramin Dak Sevaks Union, T.N. Circle that the CWC meeting
of their Union will be held on 28th Aug’16 at 0900 hrs at Arima Arangam, Arima Nagar, Kalangalpathai,
Sulur 641 402 at 0900 hrs.
Necessary
Special Leave/Paid Leave, if applied for may please be granted to all the
eligible Office Bearers on 28th Aug’16 with actual journey time as per the standing instructions
on the subject provisionally in accordance with the Union Constitution subject
to regularization on production of certificate of attendance. It may
please be ensured that grant of Special Leave/Paid Leave should not exceed 20
days in a year.
The
Regions are requested to communicate the same to all Divisions/Units under
their control.
